Zhairem Concentrates filtration and shipment facility is a part concentrator and infrastructure facilities construction projects. It is a production facility of new 4500 m2. Zhairem polymetallic deposit is one of the largest polymetallic deposits in Kazakhstan, Zhairem consists of a number of zinc-lead, barite-polymetallic and ferriferrous-manganese ore bodies.
BEXEL’S ACTIVITIES
Developing detailed BIM model of the facility and technology equipment, suitable for all necessary analyses;
Comprehensive design review analyses in order to minimize the risk of changes in the project that may result in additional expenses;
Providing advanced visualizations based on the BIM model;
Clash Detection workshop coordination for 3D collision detection;
Preparation of Bill of Quantities by developing quantity takeoffs extracted from 3D BIM model using our software solutions;
Provide advanced 3D visualization and 4D construction simulations, based on the BIM model, in order to improve Client’s insights into the construction process with BEXEL Manager 3D/4D BIM Analysis Tools;
Integration of cost database in the BIM model;
4D/5D Planning and Simulation;
4D/5D Monitoring and Reporting;
Professional training for BIM implementation of Client’s personnel.
