Our company boarded the project team in September, 2010 and immediately started collecting and managing all design documents, as well as developing a precise BIM model of the entire project. We kept the designs safe, well-organized, coordinated and up-to-date while our experts ran regular constructability analyses in order to detect and resolve all potential conflicts between building’s architectural, structural and MEP elements.
Our cost estimating experts produced hundreds of highly accurate quantity reports and bills of materials for architectural and MEP designs. Using our BEXEL Software Suite, we were there since the construction started to perform regular construction progress audits and produce daily logs, productivity reports, actual construction schedules and correct timeline predictions. Full financial tracking was performed, including income/expenditure/balance and cash flow analyses.
Post-construction analyses were performed in order to deduce important conclusions regarding work rates of internal and subcontractor manpower and equipment and expenditures and develop a legacy work item database.
