This project is based on reconstruction of The University Children’s Hospital – Tiršova in Belgrade, Serbia. The hospital includes: Pediatric center, Pediatric surgery center, Diagnostic center, Laboratory center, Clinical pharmacy, as well as Administrative center. Works on the reconstruction include the following:
- Reconstruction works on the first floor – pediatric ambulances, hematology department and lobby
- Reconstruction works on the ground floor – surgical ambulances
- Reconstruction of the amphitheater
- Works on lanterns and exterior landscaping
BEXEL’S ACTIVITIES
We performed activities based around expert supervision of the construction works, such as daily on-site supervision of quantity and quality of works performed (tracking of works, costs, schedules, progress) and preparation of regular monthly reports. Also, the compilation of the final report with analyses of contractors’ performance is to be done at the end of the project and after the official handover of works.
