Pumpkin seed oil factory is located in Novo Miloševo, Serbia and is the unique facility for producing health food products in the region. Factory is modern by design; its structure consists of steel frame structure, founded on concrete footings and clad with aluminium composite panels. Factory building is divided in two parts: factory on the ground floor (1625 m²) and offices on the first floor (420 m²).
A special well for water exploitation has been designed for the factory, along with a water treatment plant, by reason of insufficient water quality needed for producing a high-quality final product.
BEXEL’S ACTIVITIES
Bexel Consulting performed supervision on building site, rationalization of project design in some parts as well as providing consulting services for construction designs and building functionality. Also, we provided services of bid evaluation and contracting of final construction works (project management for all finishing works in factory building).
Project designs for accompanying and omitted factory elements were also done by Bexel Consulting. Also, our solution for filtration and water recovery systems was accepted, which led to reducing of environmental impact of factory.
