BEXEL’s teams of VDC architects & engineers developed a complete 3D BIM model which consisted of:
- Structural elements
- Interior partitions & wall, floor and ceiling finishes
- MEP elements (HVAC, plumbing, hot/cold water, energy systems, etc.)
Our cost estimating experts developed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for concrete works and interior partitions. It was our responsibility to migrate all relevant design changes to the BIM model and update all QTOs accordingly.
A number of design reviews took place to identify and correct all potential constructability issues. Our experts were able to detect and resolve all conflicts between architectural and MEP elements and provide synchronized drawings of related floor plans and sections.
