New luxury hotel resort that BEXEL Consulting is working on is located in Cap Cana, in an oasis of tropical luxury. Located on the beautiful Cap Cana beach, the resort boasts endless views of the Caribbean Sea and endless opportunities for both excitement and relaxation. Only 11 km south of Punta Cana Airport, the hotel is located in the perfect setting and gorgeous beaches. All of the over 500 newly planned units are just a few steps from the beach, pools, restaurants, bars and recreational facilities. The complex is spread on more than 64 000 m2 of built area.
BEXEL’S ACTIVITIES
- BIM Management, Develop BIM Project Management Plan with Modelling Standards and Recommendations
- Providing, implementing and utilizing Document Management System
- Keep the model up-to-date and run regular constructability analyses in order to detect and resolve conflicts among structural, architectural and MEP elements
- Comprehensive design review analyses in order to minimize the risk of changes in the project that may result in additional expenses for the owner
- Extracting and developing coordination shop drawings from 3D BIM model
- Provide advanced 3D/4D construction visualizations based on the BIM model, in order to improve contractors’ and other stakeholders’ insights into the construction process with BEXEL Manager BIM Analysis Tools, BEXEL’s proprietary software package
- Preparation of Bid packages by developing quantity takeoffs extracted from 3D BIM model using our software solutions
- Construction monitoring with an on-site monitoring team
- Collect, analyze and process all construction progress data – while generating day by day progress audits, executive reports and predictions
