IRGO Group is the investor for new company building, which consists of two structurally and visually separate objects which are to be functionally related. New building includes an office building (object A) and technical building (object B) together with associated landscaping and infrastructure.
Object A has total floor area of 1508 m2 spread over one underground and three aboveground levels, which include offices, geomechanics laboratory, library, machine rooms and storage. Object B has additional spaces which support activities unable to be fit inside Object A, such as garages for technical vehicles, workshop and storage spaces, on two levels totaling 548 m2.
BEXEL’S ACTIVITIES
The following services were provided on the project:
- Complete and detailed 3D modelling of the building based on 2D CAD inputs supplied by the Client, including Architectural, Structural, MEP and Landscape modelling.
- Spatial Conflict Analyses including: reporting clashes within and between different trades, documenting and exporting clashes to the Client and analyzing design documents for mutual special inconsistencies.
- Updating the BIM model after resolving the clashes and completion of design changes, for final verification.
- Verification of Quantity Takeoff provided by the Client, done through previously completed 3D BIM model and based on provided Work Breakdown Structure.
