The new Intercontinental Moscow Tverskaya Hotel and Office Centre, belonging to one of the biggest five-star hotel networks, will soon replace the former Minsk Hotel, situated in Tverskaya Street, which is practically the main street of Moscow.
Huge, 63,880m² building was constructed using advanced top & down construction technology that allowed the builders to start the construction of underground and superstructure parts of the building almost simultaneously, thus considerably reducing construction time and costs.
BEXEL’S ACTIVITIES
BEXEL provided basic virtual design & construction services for our clients, by building the entire 3D BIM model of the project for all architectural, structural & MEP disciplines.
We ran numberous clash detection (constructability) analysis in order to detect geometric conflicts among architectural elements and installations. We worked on resolving all conflicts using our BEXEL Software Suite’s clash detection module and provided synchronized drawings of all floor plans and sections.
