This serves as basis for all other asset management related analyses which bring a new dimension to effective managing a building in it’s multi-decade long operation phase.

Just as all design documents are archived for eventual future use, so is the building information model. The model is always accessible by our team members or clients, and can be queried to extract whichever piece of necessary information.
